ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th December, 2020
S.O. 4409(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian
Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
Beta Picoline (Quality Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers,
Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:
In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be
substituted, namely:
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13
th
June, 2021.”
