G.S.R (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (5) of
section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 13, 18 and 20 of the
Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped
Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby directs
that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance
(Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the
manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -

shall be substituted;

shall be substituted;
2. Notification No. 60/2021-

In the said notification, for the figures
“2924 29 90” or “29242990”, wherever it
occurs, the figures “2924 29 91, 2924 29

substituted;

In the said notification, for the figures “2922
19 90”, wherever it occurs, the figures “2922
19 30, 2922 19 90” shall be substituted;
