In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawahar Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva,
to act as,-
(i) Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai;
(ii) Commissioner of Customs (General), In Charge Container Freight Station Mulund, New Custom House, Ballard Estate,
Mumbai;
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s M.B. sales Corporation, 15/17,
Khetwadi, 8
