S.O. (E). -In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1)
of section 5 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-IV, Mumbai Zone-II, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom
House, Taluka-Uran, District-Raigad (Maharashtra) to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to
exercise powers and discharge duties conferred or imposed on officers mentioned in column (3) of Table
below in respect of cases mentioned in column (2) of the Table for purpose of adjudication of show
cause notices mentioned herein, namely:-
