G.S.R (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 9 of the Customs Tariff
Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 20, 22 and 24 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and
Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the
Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 04/2024-Customs (CVD), dated the 10
th
September, 2024
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 559(E),
dated the 10
th
September, 2024, namely :-
In the said notification, for the figures “7305 11 29” wherever it occurs, the figures “7305 11 41,
7305 11 49” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force from 1
st
May, 2026.
