Subject: Customs procedure for export of cargo in containers and closed bodied trucks
from ICDs/CFSs through Land Customs Stations (LCSs) — Reg.
Please refer to Circular No. 52/2017 dated 22.12.2017 as amended vide Circular No.
32/2018-Customs dated 17" September, 2019, wherein Board had prescribed the procedure
for facilitating and monitoring transshipment of consignments sealed at ICDs/CFSs under
ECTS and destined for export to Nepal or Bangladesh.
2. In view of representations received from trade, Board has now decided to extend the
said facility to three more LCS namely, Fulbari, Changrabandha and Jaigaon.
3. Accordingly, the facility shall be available through the following locations:

Bangladesh through Gede and Petrapole.

4, Circular 52/2017- Customs dated 22"! December 2017 stands modified to the above
extent.
5, Difficulties, if any, faced in the implementation of this Circular should be brought to
the notice of the Board.
