S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes on the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs
(Import), Custom House, Kandla, to act as the adjudicating authority, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties
conferred or imposed on -
(i) the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Custom House, Kandla, Gujarat
(ii) the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Adani Port and SEZ Ltd., Mundra, Guajart,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s KLJ Polymers and Chemicals
Ltd., KLJ House, 63, Rama Road, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi issued vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/CI-04/KLJ Polymers /2012, dated

August, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
