S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes on the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot,
Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as the adjudicating authority, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or
imposed on -
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; and
(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, CFS, Patparganj, New Delhi,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Sanam Exports, 25/75, Gali No.15
Vishwasnagar, New Delhi., issued vide, F. No.23/42/2009-DZU(Sanam)/3512 to 3518, dated the 31
st
July, 2012, by the
Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Delhi.
