Notification No. 64 /2002-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance, Department of Revenue No. 63/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 3
rd
October, 2002 namely:-
In the said notification, for the words and figures "25
th
October, 2002", the words and figures "1
st
November, 2002", shall be
substituted.
