S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to
act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or
imposed on -

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Mumbai Zone II, Jawaharlal Nehru
Custom House, Nhava Sheva;
(ii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III) - (Air Cargo Complex-Import), Mumbai
Zone – III, Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai;
(iii) the Commissioner of Customs (II), Port-Import, Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai,
Chennai-600001;
(iv) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi-110020;
(v) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Import), New Custom
House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to the import by M/s
Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. 3
rd
floor, Building No. 10, Tower-B, Phase II, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon-122002,
and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/NS/Enq-101/2014-15/339, dated the 21
st

July, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit,
Mumbai.
