Seeks to further amend notification No. 12/2012-Central Excise, dated 17.03.2012 so as prescribe the Basic Excise Duty (BED), with effect from 07.11.2015, on the following products at the rates indicated below: (i) Unbranded petrol from Rs.5.46 per litre to Rs. 7.06 per litre; (ii) Branded petrol from Rs. 6.64 per litre to Rs. 8.24 per litre; (iii) Unbranded diesel from Rs.4.26 per litre to Rs. 4.66 per litre; and (iv) Branded diesel from Rs.6.62 per litre to Rs. 7.02 per litre
