A particular mixture of clinker, gypsum, and additional ingredients, such as granulated blast furnace slag or natural pozzolans, are interground to create super sulphated cement. Because of its special composition, cement is more resistant to chloride penetration, alkali-silica reactions, and sulphate attacks.
